Recognizing the fundamental human need for social life, which has been given effect by the Constitution of the Republic of Zambia, Labour of Love Gender, based in Zambia, was established​ed to contribute to the economic, social, cultural, and human development of our nation by providing early education and adult literacy skills to the people of Zambia. 

Acknowledging the need to reduce poverty and unemployment levels in our nation to ensure that we supplement government efforts, Labour of Love has implemented several initiatives, including early childhood programs in community and rural areas, adult literacy programs, and village banking.
